Winter Campaign Saar - ‘Saarland closes ranks’
The winter campaign ‘Saarland closes ranks’ will run from November 2023 to the end of March 2024. The aim is to prevent the severest social hardships by ensuring that nobody needs to go hungry or feel the cold in Saarland despite increasing energy and food prices.
In the cold winter months many winter cafés are set up in Saarland, where you can while the time away and get a free hot meal.

Become a winter helper yourself
Both volunteer and full-time helpers are needed to be able to put the services offered into practice. There is a large demand especially for interpreting work.
